The Lewis Model - France

Based on the Lewis model, France can be multi-active or linear-active, that is, they are people who can interact easily. On the other hand, Colombia is multi-active. For this reason, if a person from France who is multi-active comes to Colombia, they can interact in a simple and enjoyable way since both countries have similar behaviors.

What problem could a person from France who comes to Barranquilla have?
When a person from France arrives in Barranquilla-Colombia, they may have communication problems, since due to their linear activity they have a different way of interacting. Because people in Colombia are flexible and for the most part unpunctual. And a person who is linear-active is punctual, follows the schedule, is rigid, so they must learn to understand the behavior of the other and try to adapt.
